Forward HelpOnClick transcript emails to your Freshdesk help desk
- On your HelpOnClick console, go to Admin->Settings
- Under "Email to collect left messages", enter the your Freshdesk email address
- Tick "Automatically send all transcripts to this email" and hit "Save"
