To find your Highrise CRM email address
- Log into your Highrise account
- Click "Account and Settings" at the top right corner of the screen and select "My Info"
- Your email address is found under "Your personal email dropbox", copy it
Forward HelpOnClick transcript emails to Highrise
- On your HelpOnClick console, go to Admin->Settings
- Under "Email to collect left messages", paste your Highrise email address
- Tick "Automatically send all transcripts to this email" and hit "Save"
- Now the chats should appear in your CRM as an attachment to the contact
